Are you passionate about doing meaningful work? Do you care about water as one of our most important resources? The Water Security Agency is seeking a Director, Operations & Maintenance North, to join the Infrastructure team.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Operations & Maintenance, an employee in this job will oversee the Operations and Maintenance unit in the Northern region for Water Security Agency (WSA) infrastructure division.  This includes budgeting, development of unit planning, overseeing tactical planning, management, and delivery to ensure the desired level of service of WSAs assets. These activities, in accordance with the WSA strategic plan, are fundamental to the achievement of critical and high-level priorities for WSA.

You will be responsible to provide leadership for the Operations & Maintenance units and transform the strategic direction into unit plans for WSA infrastructure, manage unit staff and oversee and administrate the units budget and financial planning.

You will also work among a diverse and passionate team of professionals from various disciplines.

The candidate will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering and 10 years of progressively more responsible experience relevant to water management infrastructure. A Professional Engineer designation is preferred and a combination of education and experience may be considered.
