Description

A candidate to operate/lease Seasonal Clubhouse Restaurant at Mainprize Regional Park Clubhouse. Operations from May to September. Restaurant is required to provide food and beverage services for Park and Golf Course with catering additions available. Ability to obtain health licensing and liquor permits is a must. A monthly rental fee for operating months or a percentage of sales will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
