Shuojunteng International Consulting Inc is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is responsible and energetic to join our team. This is a full-time permanent offer. Our business is located at 111 2 Ave S,Saskatoon,SK S7K 1K6. The offered hourly wage is $24.50 CAD per hour and you are expected to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week). Overtime pay will be calculated after working 8 hours each day and 40 hours each week.
Your main duties:
Manage the CEOs calendar and act as the primary point of contact for all CEO-related matters;
Organize travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation, for CEO;
Schedule and confirm meetings with Clients;
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items;
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents;
Perform document translation between English and Chinese with attention to detail;
Maintain and organize client files and documents;
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Requirements:
Completion of high school diploma;
Proficient in MS Office;
Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese;
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, to accommodate communication with clients in different time zones;
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
