Description

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the restaurant while ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high food quality
    Establish and Co-ordinate procedures for both front and back-of-house operations
    Promote excellent services by ensuring customer satisfaction
    Establish and enforce high standards for food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
    Regularly update menus, and consistently implement necessary enhancements to boost sales
    Maintain inventory and project future needs for kitchen and restaurant supplies, cleaning products etc and prepare Budgets
    Address customer's complaints or concerns, document complaints and analyze recurring issues to implement long-term solutions
