Role: Project Specialist

As a key member of the team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to contractors and customers providing guidance and advice on products and materials leveraging your industry knowledge to drive sales. Through your personalized approach you will enhance customer loyalty and deliver tailored solutions and build lasting relationships for repeat business. From managing estimates to coordinating materials, you are at the forefront of ensuring overall customer satisfaction. More than a sales role, its an opportunity to visit job sites, collaborate with contractors and play a hands-on role in supporting their projects coming to life.
As a Project Specialist, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for:
- Provide project estimates accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring the selection of the appropriate materials and products for their projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Support and engage with contractors, clients and customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best suit them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, creating a partnership to drive loyalty and repeat business.
As a Project Specialist, you will bring:
-Minimum 1-3 years of relevant or similar work experience.
- Industry knowledge, understanding of construction equipment, tools and services is ideal.
- Valid drivers license with the willingness to travel locally as needed.
