The Saskatchewan Healthcare Recruitment Agency is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and tactics that facilitate the local, national and international recruitment and retention of physicians and health professionals in Saskatchewan in collaboration with our partners.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will:
Support Board meetings including meeting logistics, agendas and minutes
Provide daily management of the leadership teams calendar and travel arrangements
Establish and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and processes including filing, tracking and bring-forward systems
Prepare prior approvals for purchases, coding invoices for payment, compiling documentation for credit card reconciliations
Provide administrative support to leadership and employees including preparing and reviewing correspondence and other documents
Ensure quality standards including compiling, formatting, editing, proofreading, and distributing of a variety of documents
Book travel
Support logistical arrangements for recruitment events
Support inquiries from clients including record keeping and providing information publicly available about employment opportunities, communities, programs, and licensure
Typically, the knowledge and competencies for this position would have been acquired through a post-secondary diploma and 1-3 years of experience.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook and have basic skills in Excel.
Competitive hourly wage of $27 to $35 per hour and comprehensive benefits.
While this position is posted as full-time, part-time hours will also be considered.
This position is in-office, in Saskatoon.
