Job Description: Under the guidance of the Representative Workforce Manager and Specialists, the Representative Workforce Associate is accountable to support the Representative Workforce Strategic Action Plan to build a workforce that represents the community we serve, in order to provide quality client  centred experiences to patients, clients, residents and families within the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The incumbent assists with programs and initiatives which include: recruitment & retention, education & training, cultural competence and partnership activities with internal and external stakeholders and other duties assigned by the Manager, Representative Workforce.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience
- Experience working with First Nations and Metis communities and organizations
Education
- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
