Swanson Gryba & Company has an immediate full time availability for a highly motivated team member to fill an Office Manager position.

Post-secondary accounting or office administration diploma and/or equivalent experience, and a good working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office programs (ie: Word, Excel, Outlook) would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities will include:
- Carry out administrative activities
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Processing payroll
- Prepare reports, budgeting, analysis
- Typing and proofreading correspondence
- Data entry and bookkeeping
The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual, who possesses the ability to self manage and take initiative in their role.
