What youll do:

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Crop Scout is responsible for providing guest service, weed and insect identification, soil sampling, working with Agronomists to learn scouting techniques, crop nutrient and protection recommendations and data entry.

Field/croup scouting
Delivering products to farms
Assisting with shipping and receiving of crop protection products and seed bags
Operating yard maintenance equipment when needed
Adding and updating field information for customers
Assisting with the set up and record keeping of insect monitoring traps
Assist the agronomist / Agro Manager as needed

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Efficient organizational abilities
You have experience leading customer contact with a proven record in relationship development
A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
    Must be willing to travel to various Ag locations throughout Prairie North
Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license
Must be eligible for membership with the SIA
