Description

The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for the operational management, policies, procedures that will enable SPL to meet its strategic and operational financial goals. This position plans, organizes and manages the Finance and Payroll groups as well as SPLs corporate financial, budgetary, investment, accounts payable, business support and accounting activities in accordance with professional standards and generally accepted accounting and financial planning practices.

This position provides leadership in directing, mentoring, and developing cross-divisional relationships throughout the Corporation for all payroll and finance functions. This position has direct and indirect reports, as well as numerous integral cross-divisional relationships with areas such as Human Resources and Divisional Time and Attendance/Payroll staff.
