Description

Superior Forklift is looking for an organized Service Dispatcher to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. As the Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in the successful coordination of Service jobs, including scheduling and assigning work to Technicians.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Service Dispatcher, your key responsibilities will include:  

-Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning jobs for Service Technicians
-Managing new and ongoing work orders using an ERP system
-Utilizing the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments
-Communicating with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are maximized, and customer needs are managed proactively
-Answering a high volume of incoming calls from external customers
-Maintaining ongoing and professional customer communication throughout the course of each repair job
-Managing the WIP Report and billing for customers, including reviewing invoice proposals for accuracy
-Ensuring adherence to all safety programs and initiatives, and ensuring any necessary incident reports are completed

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, and competencies:  

-At least three years of dispatching and/or scheduling experience
-Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
-Excellent organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
-A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Motivated by a high-volume workload, coupled with a strong ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
-Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels

The base pay range for this role is: $51,000 to $59,000 per year, depending on experience.
