His primary job duties include (but are not limited to) assisting the restaurant manager in all aspects of the daily operation and function of the restaurant - which includes supervision of staff in the prep/serving of food; serving and dealing with customer complaints or problems; ensure all food sold and served meets high standards of franchise; set work schedules of other staff and assign duties; make sure all health and safety regulations are met and practiced; ordering of supplies and food; counting/verifying registers, daily entry of waste and daily numbers and receivables; ensure all general cleaning and sanitation of restaurant and equipment is performed adequately.
Post-Secondary Education and/or a combination of education and experience are required.
