Description

We are looking to add another coach to our team. At OPEX Regina we specialize in working with Regina's 40 year plus population where we provide thorough assessment and ongoing support in fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

Our coaches are required to:

-Learn how to manage the gym floor
-Coach different fitness levels
-Program using the OPEX CCP method
-Coach nutrition
-Coach lifestyle changes and habits
-Understand how to work with different diseases, physical injuries, and mental health
-Continual improve their knowledge through ongoing education

Education Required:
Bachelor of Kinesiology
No experience coaching is necessary. We are willing to help educate and develop into an OPEX certified coach.
