Skills and Ability

- Respond to RFPs and tenders.

- Prepare estimates for labour and/ or material costs.

- Track progress and quality of work being performed by
  subcontractors, suppliers and field trades.

- Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, owners,
  contractors, and subcontractors, as well as make changes and
  adjustments to cost estimates.

- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work
  requirements.

- Have strong computer knowledge as it relates to
  MS Excel
  MS Word
  Xactimate
  Auto CAD
  OST software


. Project size estimating experience

  - $0 - $4,000,000.00


. Area of Specialization

- Coordinate/Manage Projects
- Scheduling
- Do site visits and measure various different-size projects both
  residential and commercial.
