Summary: responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies and dress code are followed in addition to providing guests high quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Offer consistent, professional, engaging, and friendly customer service.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Maintain cohesive communication with the greeter and proshop attendants.
Provide course information and fantastic customer experiences as guests start their round on the first tee.
Assist guests in maintaining a proper pace of play.
Enforce the rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Perform light golf maintenance duties such as sand and seeding course divots, repairing ball marks etc.
Continually search for ways in which customer service and efficiency within the company can be improved.
