Are you a highly organized and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment? We are seeking an experienced Logistics/Administrative Coordinator to join our JGL office in Moose Jaw, SK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a system to monitor and manage the movement of various commodities, preparing daily reports, negotiating freight rates and more.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare customs documentation for export shipments as needed.
Ensure timely receipt and accurate recording of scale tickets and BOLs.
Support the issuance of grain receipts.
Maintain and update freight and logistics records regularly.
Provide daily shipment status reports to traders.
Review freight invoices for accuracy and approve them for payment.
Assist with organizing and filing administrative documents.  
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party carriers.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics
Prior experience with export documents, logistics, global shipping, rail cars and supply chain procedures, preferably in the Agri-commodities industry, is considered an asset.
Solid understanding of the grain business in Canada and the USA.
Experience with innovative logistics solutions for transporting products from farm to end destination in a cost-effective manner is considered an asset.
