Position Details:
Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Duration: Starting from mid-February (to be negotiated) until May 01
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Perform administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing documents.
Ensure the office is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and preparing reports.
Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting software is a plus.
Friendly and customer-service oriented, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
