Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of Part Time Gas Bar Clerk/Cashier at our Cornerstone C-Store/Gas Bar location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Provide Legendary Service through various touch points and communication channels
Provide in-store service; serve guests, operate the point-of-sale system (POS), stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties
Ensure safety is held as the highest priority
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times
Have a good working understanding of the point-of-sale system
Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader
Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports
Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience
You can work unsupervised, plan, and organize your own work
You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements  standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly
You have POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
