Our client is currently looking for an Accounting - Finance Assistant to work in Saskatoon. This full time position requires bookkeeping/accounting knowledge as well as administrative experience. We are looking for a candidate who is extremely organized, has a good knowledge of accounting and able to act in an administrative support role.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has experience in the following:
Accounts payable processing
Accounts receivable processing
Payroll preparation
Completion of monthly statutory reports
Internal and external audits
General administrative duties
Reception
Job Requirements:
QuickBooks minimum 2 years of experience
Post-secondary education in a finance/accounting related program preferred
Completion of Grade 12
Excellent analytical, written and communication skills
Detailed knowledge of Excel and excellent computer skills
Experienced user of an ERP system
