The Beaver River Regional Housing Authority is recruiting a Manager to look after the operations, tenants and the team.  

This permanent full-time position can be based in Beauval or Pinehouse.

With a dedicated staff and contracted services, you will lead a portfolio of housing units spanning six communities. You oversee the operation while ensuring efficient and respectful delivery of housing programs that benefit tenants and your community.  

Key accountabilities for the position are:
-Property and Capital Asset Management
-Financial Management
-Tenant and Community Relations
-Human Resource Manager
-Board Relations

The ideal candidate will bring a background in social work, psychology, human services, and related work experience.  An equivalent combination of education and experience will definitely be considered.  Operational and human resource management support is just a call away to assist you in this position.  

You need MS Office and if you have experience with a computerized accounting system, that's a bonus.  Most importantly, you enjoy learning, enjoy people, respect diversity, have superb communication and a passion for community.  A valid SK Drivers license, reliable vehicle and satisfactory enhanced police information check is required, upon hire.
