Screening, interviewing, hiring restaurant staff.
Monitor and manage lead server, supervisor and all other staff.
Manage JOLT duties and implement new process as needed.
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Monitoring liquor inventory and ensuring liquor counting.
Manage and monitor the bar.
Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Lead by example on the floor/side jobs/cleaning duties.
Controlling labor depending on the business.
Overlook all duties of FOH Supervisor & Lead Server & provide daily reports.
Other duties as assigned by management.
