WRT Equipment Ltd. is a manufacturer of high quality equipment and components for the aggregate, asphalt and mining industries. We are an ISO:9001 2015 Quality Management System registered company and are currently seeking a highly motivated person for the position of Plant Manager.  The Plant Manager is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all activities within the production facility.

The position reports to the Vice President and is responsible for day-to-day activities within the company including:
Scheduling and coordinating work through the plant
Production work packages release
Subcontract work oversight
Service coordination
Identifying and ensuring training requirements are met for plant personnel
Maintenance of shop equipment
Maintaining welding certifications
Maintaining ISO Quality system
Maintaining safety program
Monitoring personnel requirements
Raw steel management

Qualifications:
Engineering Technical Diploma, Engineering Degree, or Relevant Industry Experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong inter-personal skills
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of production (technology, equipment, materials, scheduling and safety)
Must hold and maintain a Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Experience:
5 plus years of progressive responsibility in a manufacturing environment
