PARTNERS Family Services Inc is expanding our clinical services team!

The Sexual Violence Counsellor will work with clients who have experienced sexual violence. This full time, permanent role is based at the main office located in Humboldt, Sask.

The Sexual Violence Counsellor will be skilled in trauma informed interventions to support youth and adults who have experienced sexual violence, as well as their family members or support persons. Through evidenced based interventions including cognitive approaches, integrative therapies and behavioral therapy models, you'll work with individuals to decrease the impact of trauma and increase their overall wellness.

Required qualifications:
- BSW, BISW, MA, MEd or similar post secondary education
- Registered or eligible for immediate registration with a professional body recognized in Canada (i.e. SASW, CASW, CCC, CACP, etc)
- At least 2 years experience working in a clinical capacity providing mental health counselling

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a reference and criminal background check. This position will begin January 2025. Interviews will begin once a pool of qualified candidates is established.
