With over 80 years serving the automotive, body shop, agricultural, fleet & industrial markets, Auto Electric Service Ltd is southern Saskatchewan's largest locally owned & operated automotive parts warehouse. We service retail and wholesale markets with parts stores located in Regina, Yorkton, Estevan, & Weyburn. We are accepting resumes for an experienced, motivated, career-minded Parts Order Desk  Person in our Regina Store.  

Job Duties

Sell parts, provide quotes and information to customers over the phone, or electronically

Assist customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion sales, & ensure the customer is aware of product options

Use inventory information on a computer and locate parts from multiple sources

Communicate clearly in person, on the phone and also be willing to initiate calls to customers to give and receive information

Be alert to sales opportunities by taking the time to ask customer questions & provide information

Process returned new products back into stock

Process payment transactions when required

Protect and maintain the security of store assets


Skills & Qualifications:
Strong computer skills
Automotive knowledge/background a strong asset
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt
Strong attention to detail
Industrial, Agriculture, and Paint experience is an asset
