Job Description: The community Occupational Therapist is an integral member of the community therapies team and is responsible for functional and equipment assessment and evaluation; physical reconditioning, work simulation and education for clients in an in-patient, out-patient, long term care, home care and community settings.

Education
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to develop, evaluate and modify programming provided to clients
