Description

The Yorkton Tribal Council Child and Family Services (YTCCFS) Inc. Yorkton Office is seeking a Family Clerk for the Post Majority Support Services unit. This position provides emergent administration support coverage to the Post Majority Support Services staff and Manager. The Family Clerk will assist in the preparation, coordination and facilitation of training, meetings and workshops. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to; typing, photocopy, and faxing letters and documents; maintain and update the Program files database, recording and transcribing of minutes; ensure confidential information remains confidential; maintain and coordinate itineraries of the Post Majority Support Services Manager and staff, as well as assisting the compilation of quarterly financial reports. The Family Clerk will provide various support duties to various program areas as required and directed. This person will also be required to answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages when necessary. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism and consideration to clients, colleagues and First Nation communities by their punctuality and dependability to fulfilling their duties on a daily basis.
