The Autumn House Independent Living is now accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Director of Development. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to oversee parts of the operations of our seniors assisted living facility.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
3 Days a Week in Office  
Grant Writing
Social Media
Fundraising (Be able to organize and put on a fundraiser)
Facility Promotion using social media, website, in person and printed materials
Build Networks with SHA and other facilities
Participate in community outreach activities and events to promote the facility and its services.
Volunteer Recruitment

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team  
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Able to take direction from the board
Able to work as a team
