What were looking for in a service advisor:
Ford experience an asset but not necessary;  
You have a fundamental understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
You are results oriented and accountable;
You have a proven ability to be a problem solver, critical thinker with strong attention to detail;
You have the ability to perform and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
You have strong customer building skills;
You possess an innate desire for excellent customer care;
You have valid drivers license with a clean abstract;
You have a high school diploma or Equivalent.

Wages are negotiable pending experience.  Monthly performance bonuses are paid as well.
