Were looking for someone with a forward-thinking mindset and a keen eye for detail to come on board as our Senior Financial Performance Analyst. Your strong financial acumen will play an essential role in providing key stakeholders with data-driven analytics that contemplate capital, financial sustainability, and risk concepts, to make responsible decisions for members of the credit union.

Your time:
Managing the consolidated corporate annual budget and forecasting process for Conexus and its subsidiaries.
Scrutinize, analyze, and problem solve budget and forecasting input and results.
Collaborating with various departments to develop and manage the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts.
Create reporting packages for senior leaders and the Board illustrating alignment to financial sustainability measures.

Your experience:
5+ years experience in a financial environment, with 2 years experience in a complex financial environment.
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relatedfieldorarelevant combination of experience and post-secondary education.
Completion of or working towards professional Accounting or Finance designation (CPA, CFA) or MBA in the Finance field of study.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel knowledge, financial software and databases.
