We are seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team and help maintain our fleet of equipment. If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values work-life balance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, including engines, hydraulics, brakes, electrical, and drivetrains.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with other mechanics and team members to maintain fleet efficiency.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe.
- Ability to operate equipment & preform manual labour tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems, including diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license; a Class 1 or Class 3 license is an asset.
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
