-Work alongside the TRGC Board of Directors to develop and execute overall strategy
-Hire and train staff to deliver exceptional service and results
-Liaise with appropriate groups to coordinate successful tournament, events, and clinics/lessons
-Ensure efficient Golf operations, including tee time bookings, cart rentals, fee collection, etc.
-Order and manage profitable Food, Beverage, and Proshop suppliers, inventories, and menus
-Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (OHS, Food Safety, Liquor License, etc.)
-Market and promote TRGCs various recreational offerings
-Develop and enhance Member and Sponsor relationships
-Work alongside Grounds management and staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
-Administrative duties as required
-All other duties required to ensure an attractive atmosphere and excellent operations
