Role: Counsellor
Location: Leipzig, SK

As a Counsellor you will be an integral part of the counselling team in creating an environment that fosters client safety, empowerment and choice. In this position, you will facilitate and lead structured group sessions with a mission to support clients on their unique path to recovery. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a mission-driven program that support clients in building a sustainable recovery. You are someone that thrives in a rural setting, enjoying the peaceful, distraction-free environment and embraces the unique challenges of a remote location.

As a Counsellor, you will bring:

- Degree or diploma in addiction, social work, human services related field and/or combination of education and work-related experience.
- 5-10 years of related experience in community settings providing programs for individuals with mental health issues and substance use disorders.
- Lived experience of addiction, recovery and involvement in a program for addictions or mental health issues preferred.
