Responsibilities
Review, modify and prepare general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials; research, compile and summarize information/data, as applicable
Manage and coordinate multiple calendars
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and team social events
Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations
Update and maintain core systems related to opportunity tracking, proposals, sales and client delivery
Support research and information gathering to inform insights that lead to impact for clients
Serve as the central communication point, connecting our dynamic team of professionals based in Regina, Saskatoon, and other locations across our national practice
Bring creativity and impact to the publishing, presentation and imagery of proposals and reports
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities including but not limited to system assistance, access management, client records, maintenance of vehicle insurance and provincial registrations
Generate quarterly invoices using spreadsheets provided
Management of fuel cardlock accounts and cards, including reporting
Manage AP invoice processes, including vendor communications, invoice entry, and disbursement keying, as required
Assist partners with ongoing expenses submissions, as required
Submit hourly payroll and bonus pay requisitions for team members
Assist and support onboarding of new team members
Skills and Experience
Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
Administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset
Agriculture knowledge and/or background is considered an asset
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
