POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Emergency Home Manager is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing approved strategies and organization plans for the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the North Emergency Home. This role requires vision to successfully develop and direct the program. The Emergency Home Manager supervises staff at the Emergency Home, working with team members and persons in services to ensure quality support for the children in care and their families.
