We are looking for a talented and driven Dispatcher to join our team and help us continue to exceed expectations.

Position Overview:
As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely transportation of goods. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing the flow of information, and overseeing the daily operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch deliveries to drivers within Saskatoon and across the province.
Ensure that all shipments are completed on time and within customer specifications.
Monitor drivers locations and provide updates to clients regarding estimated delivery times.
Communicate with drivers to ensure they have necessary details for each load.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and transactions.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries and provide superior service.

Qualifications:
Min. 1 to 2 years Experience in dispatching or logistics is an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid class 5 drivers license is preferred.
