Job Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Bachelor of Social Work Senior provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case management services in the community to a population of children, youth (and their families) with acute and chronic mental health and addiction presentations. The incumbent will provide consultation and coordination, evaluation of clinical interventions, supervision, and professional and public education regarding mental health issues and resources. As a senior practitioner, act as a resource for other professionals for mental health in the community. The Bachelor of Social Work Senior provides formal supervision (clinical, professional and administrative) to other employees and students.

- Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)

- Bachelor of Indian Social Work

- Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
