Description

We are seeking a dynamicCommunity Engagement and Event Coordinatorto foster relationships, organize impactful events, and drive fundraising efforts. In this role, you will help connect our clients, staff, and community, aligning with our mission to create an inclusive and empowering environment. You will also lead marketing efforts for client-made products, amplifying their talents and contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:Plan and manage agency-wide events, client-centered activities, fundraising initiatives, and staff appreciation days.
Collaborate with teams and partners to ensure success.
Fundraising & Donor Relations:Build and nurture relationships with donors and sponsors, implement donor engagement strategies, and oversee donor recognition programs.
Community Building:Cultivate a culture of inclusion and respect while fostering connections within the organization and with the broader community.
Marketing & Sales:Promote and sell client-made products to showcase their abilities and raise awareness.
Administrative Duties:Track event and fundraising performance, prepare
reports, and stay informed on community engagement trends.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience in
fundraising and event planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and design tools such as InDesign.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal
supervision.
Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License and a clear Criminal Record Check with
Vulnerable Sector Check.
