The Regina Open Door Society (RODS) is a non-profit organization that provides settlement and integration services to refugees and immigrants in Regina. The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking qualified individual staff for the full-time term position of Youth Worker. The full-time term position is January 15 ,2025 to March 31,2025 with the possibility of extension.

The Youth Program assists newcomer youth to become familiar with their community and establish supportive social networks. The aim of the program is to help newcomer youth become thriving members of their community.

Desired qualifications/education
Post-secondary education, preferably degree or diploma in the area of Social Sciences or Youth Development, Community Development, however previous work experience will be considered2 to 3 Years of experience working with at-risk youth
Strong commitment to providing quality services working in an intercultural environment.
