This position involves assisting customers in locating parts, providing quotes/pricing and completing sales transactions in an Agriculture Implement dealership.
Core Responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers by providing helpful and friendly service.
Research and identify parts solutions for customers - Problem Solving
Maintain product inventories and displays in order to maximize sales.
Work in all areas of the parts department including; counter sales, shipping/receiving, warehouse and deliveries.
Minimum Requirements:
Outgoing personality/enjoy customer interaction
Provide positive customer experiences and creative solutions.
Enjoy working in a team/collaborative atmosphere.
Strong communication skills - verbal and written (phone and in person)
Able to lift boxes and parts up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong understanding and experience with POS software systems
Willing/eager to learn
Valid drivers license
Willing to operate forklifts (training provided)
1-3 years previous customer service/retail experience
Background/Strong understanding of Agriculture Industry
Mechanically inclined

Wage/Salary:
$50,000 - $75,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
Sales incentives on top of wage.
