    In-Person: Prepare Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles on-site at the Saskatoon restaurant.
    Remote: Submit a video of yourself making Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles.

About Us:
Bowl of Heaven Beef Noodle House is a restaurant located in Saskatoon, specializing in authentic, traditional Chinese cuisine, with a particular focus on Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles. Due to our business success and growing demand, we are expanding our team to ensure we continue providing the best service and quality to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Hand-pulling Lanzhou noodles in various specifications, including thin noodles, extra-thin noodles, second-thin noodles, wide noodles, and extra-wide noodles.
Preparing traditional beef bone broth and crafting authentic seasonings and garnishes required for Lanzhou noodles.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic noodle preparation area, adhering to food safety standards, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.
Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to optimize preparation processes, and deliver an excellent dining experience for customers.
Adjusting dish details based on customer feedback and assisting in the development of new flavors or menu items to enrich the restaurant's offerings.
Monitoring ingredient inventory to ensure sufficient supplies and high-quality raw materials are available.

Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in making Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles.
Proficient in hand-pulling Lanzhou noodles independently.
Expertise in preparing traditional Lanzhou noodle broth to ensure authentic taste.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
