Operations Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

The position of Operations Coordinator is a highly trustworthy position responsible for assuring that all contracts are performed at the level described in the Scope of Work.

The Operations Coordinator works in conjunction with Account Managers, Management, Quality Control, Human Resources and Health and Safety departments to assure that employees are adequately trained in the safest way of job procedures.


    Manage daily operations of area to meet business goals.
    Be responsible for quality control, staffing, training, work assignments and timesheets.
    Develop safe and positive work environment for staff.
    Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
    Quality control requires regular written or electronic on-site inspections conducted with Site Supervisor and/or customer.
    Ability to fill out clear, legible written reports, quality control inspections, Purchase Order request, employee evaluations, inventory reports and other forms as needed.
    Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
    Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
    Be organized and have neat appearance.
    Train staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities.
    Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
    Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
    Deliver supplies to various sites urban and rural.
    Be able to work flexible hours which includes evening and weekend work.
    Requires a drivers license along with an annual abstract.
    May require various clearances to enter some buildings.
    Able to support cleaners with their orders and periodic work.
    Ability to use technology including smartphone, tablets and possibly personal computers.
    Complete workorders for our clients.
    Effective communicator and has a good working knowledge of cleaning.
