The Position

TheReintegration Program Managerreports directly to the Justice Director andis responsible for the coordination and management of the Reintegration Program for women leaving Corrections. Through effective and proactive leadership, the Program Manager will support an integrated team of professional Reintegration Case Workers, Support Workers, Elders, and Mental Health & Addiction practitioners. These programs will provide holistic wrap-around case management services and/or transportation to women referred to the program with low-level offenses who are being released from custody. The program also includes a transitional housing apartment unit for women with onsite support services. The incumbent will be subject to the STC Personnel and Financial Policy, STC Convention Act, Residential Services Act, and the Urban Justice Policy and Procedural Manual. The Program Manager will ensure program delivery is consistent with the work plan objectives outlined in the agreements with the Ministry of Integrated Justice Services and the Ministry of Health. This position is for a term that will conclude on August 31st, 2025, with possible extension subject to funding.
