Job Description: Administrator
Basic Training for 2-3 weeks
Qualifications:
Administration and/or Secretarial Experience (3 years+)
Must be Punctual and Reliable with a good Work ethic
Customer Service work by phone, letter and email
Shows Initiative and must have a good attitude
Ability to make reasonable decisions/goal oriented
Knowledgeable in some Computer Programs
Experienced inWord, Excel, PDF, Google Email, Facebook,etc.
Can read, write, and speak English well with great Communication Skills
Fast-paced environment; works well under pressure with deadlines
Must have a Class 5 License
Job Duties:
Help Bidders Register for Auctions and Answer Bidder requests (phone and email)
Review Auctions for Picture Quality, Descriptions, Cropping, Taxes and Shipping
Create Contracts for Consignors/Assist them when bringing items to Auction House
Add Household/Farm Pictures on AuctionFlex Program, when needed
Creating Auctions, Closing Auctions and Printing Invoices after Auction has closed
Communicating with the Auctioneer, Social Media Manager and Staff
Manage Staff Timecards and Statistics, including Payroll
Work with the Auctioneer gathering information to complete Auction Summaries
Collate each Auction into a Summary, and complete Statistics/GST/PST each
Quarteryear, forthe Accountant
Other Duties as required
