Description

Your full service telecommunications provider locally owned and operated in Estevan serving South East Saskatchewan. From Motorola Two-Way radios, rural broadband internet, mobility solutions through TELUS & Koodo Mobile, emergency lighting and Access Control Systems we have you covered for all your communications needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Answer and forward telephone calls
- Welcome customers and assist/direct if necessary
- Administrative duties such as sorting mail, filing, typing, copying and scanning
- Accept payments
- Daily bank deposits
- Complete month end reporting and invoicing
- Manage inventory levels and place orders when needed
- Shipping and Receiving courier orders
- Data entry

Required Skills & Experience
- MS Office
- Sage Accounting
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years administration experience
