Job Description: We are a Locally Owned, Independent, and Full Service grocery store committed to guarantee our customers Friendly Service, Freshness and Food Safety. We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Home Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering grocery orders to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently deliver grocery orders to customers' homes. Taking Phone orders and answers customer inquiries over the phone. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions. Processes return transactions. Scanning goods, Collects payments by accepting cash, credit cards and makes change for cash customers. Ensure all orders are complete and accurate before delivery. Provide exceptional customer service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving any delivery issues. Maintain delivery vehicle in clean and good working condition. Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding delivery procedures. Assist with loading and unloading groceries as needed. Communicate effectively with store staff and customers regarding delivery status.
License/Certification: Class 5 (required)
