What You'll Do
As our Rental Division Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our rental fleet is always ready for action. Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of equipment to keep our fleet reliable and in top condition.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and follow a service schedule to maximize equipment readiness and minimize downtime.
Problem Solving: Use your creativity and technical skills to troubleshoot and solve unexpected issues.
Customer Support: Provide occasional guidance to customers on proper equipment use and ensure they leave confident and satisfied.
What Were Looking For
Experience: Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or repair. Experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts, handlers, and small tools is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge. Ability to assess what needs to be serviced and when.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively manage service schedules.
Problem-Solver: Someone who can think on their feet and tackle challenges with a can-do attitude.
Team Player: A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a winning team culture.
