Description

Sherwood Co-op requires a full-time Assistant Liquor Manager at it's soon to open Quance Liquor Store.
Duties:
Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Sherwood Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
Assist in proactively recruiting high-quality employees and lead orientation practices and ensure the administration of human resources policies to develop positive relationships with all employees
Assist in actively changing marketing efforts, adhere to advertising standards, and contribute input to business unit strategies and goals
Help develop quality team training and succession plans
Assist in developing the annual operating budget for the Harbour Landing Liquor Store that supports the corporate goals
Provide direction and oversight to the entire team through coaching, mentoring and performance management
Grow current customer base, through implementing new programs, and overall customer experience
Assist in projects outlined within the Business Unit Strategy
