**(Valid Drivers License Required and Clean Drivers Abstract)**
The successful candidate(s) will be working from 11:00pm - 7:00am. Duties are: to shuttle hotel guest to and from the airport during their stay; contribute to the guest experience by making it easier and more enjoyable for guest to arrive, check in and stay at the property. Must be able to make reservations, answer phone calls, take payments and all other Guest Services Agent duties if required while on shift. No texting or use of cell phones while vehicle is moving.
Drives incoming/ departing hotel guest between hotel and airport of other approved destinations and assists guest with luggage.
Attends and participate in staff meetings,
Inspects van to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate. Reports damage, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor/ management team.
Complete and submits daily vehicle inspection and guest count checklists.
Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotels, points of interest and entertainment attractions. Answers questions related to airport facilities.
Maintains shuttle van consisting of washing, cleaning, and fueling along with cleaning the lobby and public areas including bathrooms, lounge, area, pool area, breakfast room, making sure the front entrances are clean and clear of garbage, shoveling snow, putting ice melt down, washing of floors, cleaning bathrooms and all public areas.
