Needing to staff temporary chef positions at remote camp project locations for our client.
Who you are:
- You MUST be a Red Seal Chef.

- You go above & beyond to provide a great experience for our clients.
What you will do:
- Manage the entire ALCP crew, including housekeeping.
- Liaise between the client and ACLP
- Complete audits as required
- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.
- You will manage food costs and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.
Job Requirements - Let's not waste your time:
- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Jobs require shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps.
- The work schedules are 2 weeks in-and-out rotations.
- You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
- Valid Driver's license preferred.
- Current First responder certificate would be an asset.
- You must be a team leader, who works well with others.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
- Customer relation skills.
- Depending where you're located, may be required to fly from Edmonton, Calgary, or Winnipeg area.
