In this role you will oversee our Aftermarket business efforts to maximize profits & employee/customer satisfaction. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

You will:
-Champion all aspects of Aftermarket processes, strategies & marketing
-Develop/maintain Parts/Service/Safety processes ensuring customer satisfaction
-Manage operational budgets
-Manage Customer Satisfaction Program
-Develop/retain talent focused on customer engagement
-Mentor/coach leadership teams development
-Build and maintain relationship with John Deere departments
You have:
-5+ years of mgmt in Service/Parts/Sales operations
-Experience leading/developing/motivating
-Knowledge of John Deere & competitive products
-Ability to develop/implement business strategies
-Associate degree/equivalent exp; bachelors degree preferred
-Willingness to work flexible hours & travel as needed, valid license
